Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and
Cancellation Policy for Brihaspati Dham Website
and all its contents usage
These terms and conditions are applicable to all puja bookings and usage of site content while browsing/visiting the website (http://brihaspatidham.com/ and all its domains and subdomains) or accessing Brihaspati Dham’s information through any other social channels. These terms are automatically accepted by the second party (User) if:
A. Either person (User) is browsing the website.
B. User Downloading and using any content from the website or any content generated by Brihaspati Dham.
C. User Booking any online Puja through our e-Portal or any other digital channel including but not limited to WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram and more.
D. User Purchasing items/products/prasad or donating through our e-Portal or any other digital channel including but not limited to WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram and more.


The term “User” refers to any individual, corporation, entity.

By using the website and all its contents I, the User (Second Party) accepts and agrees that:

General:
1. Brihaspati Dham uses various data tracking nodes from third parties, including but not limited to Facebook, and Google and your browsing data might be shared with them.
2. Brihaspati Dham website and many of its other departments are run and maintained by third party companies.
3. All content from the Brihaspati Dham website, publications or any material in any form made available through any of the social channels maintained and operated by Brihaspati Dham will be used for non-profit and personal use only. If in any scenario any second or third party wishes to use any of Brihaspati Dham’s content in any End product, they may do so by providing a clear source as the website http://brihaspatidham.com/ .
4. Brihaspati Dham will always conduct puja in a proper ritualistic way.
5. The outcomes/results of puja that the user is seeking is not in control of Brihaspati Dham and is in control of the higher entity (God).
6. Brihaspati Dham has the right to change, update, or make amends in its terms and conditions without informing the user.
7. Brihaspati Dham means no harm or disrespect to any society, sentiments of users, or their opinions.
8. Brihaspati Dham is not held liable if the user does not get an update (Sms or Email or any other medium) of their booking or membership due to any technical or human error. In this scenario, the user is advised to contact Brihaspati Dham mandir.
9. Once payment is made there is no refund will be applicable to any of the online services.
10. The user agrees to the dates of the puja selected while booking .
11. Once your booking(Puja, Manokamna Tokri, Products/Prasad) is made we may or may not record the video of sankalp. However if video is recorded, it will be sent to you via email, hatsapp, or file transfer websites. The same video will also be published on our social platforms.
12. In the Sankalp video your personal information will be spoken out loud including your Full name, Gotra and/or your area/city/country name.


Cancellation or Refund:
1. Puja or any online services can be canceled by Brihaspati Dham if the user cancels the payment from their end.
2. Puja or any other booking once made is non refundable.

User Privacy:
1. Brihaspati Dham is committed to protecting any personal information that we may receive while you access our website and mobile application (if any), or when you contact us through any other media channel including but not limited to Whatsapp, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube etc.
2. How we may use your information:
a. Provide and communicate with You about feedback, follow up on programs you’ve applied for or queries submitted to the team
b. Fulfill your requests regarding the services, including without limitation respond to your inquiries, communicate with You about our products or services that We believe may be of interest to you
c. Enforce the legal terms (including without limitation our policies and terms of service) that govern your use of our Services, and/or for the
purposes for which you provided the Information,
d. Provide technical support for the Website or in connection with Our services and Offerings,
e. Prevent fraud or potentially illegal activities (including, without limitation, copyright infringement) on or through Our Website or Services,
f. Protect the safety of our other Users,
g. Perform analysis regarding how you use the Services or any part thereof such market research, including statistical analysis of User behaviour which We may disclose to third parties in epersonalised, aggregated form.
h. In order to enable Us(Brihaspati Dham) to comply with any requirements imposed on Us(Brihaspati Dham) by law.
i. In order to send You periodic communications (this may include e-mail), about features, products and services, events and special offers. Such communications from Us may include promotion of programs being organized by third parties on our website or any other media channel.
j. Your data is also used by our partner company Pop Hasta which manages Brihaspati Dham Temple’s digital services and all its media channels.
3. Security and Data Storing:
a. We store your information in servers provided by third parties including but not limited to various server hosting companies, Google and Microsoft.
b. These companies have their own industry standard security practices.
c. Your data is also shared and stored with our logistics provider if you have ordered a product(s).
d. Your payment details may or may not be stored on third party payment gateway providers as per your selection or their policy. Please refer to their policies for more details.


Brihaspati Dham Account:
1. Brihaspati Dham has the complete right to terminate the user’s account if it is in violation of any of its terms and conditions.
2. A user account can also be terminated if the user is providing incorrect personal information on purpose or the user aims to use the account for any other illegal purposes or if any profanity is used.
3. Your account will be created once Puja or Manokamna Tokri or Membership is booked or any product/prasad is purchased.
4. You can request to get your account permanently deleted if there is no active order (Bokoed Puja, Manokamna Tokri, or Membership) on the account.
5. Once Brihaspati Dham receives your request to delete your account and confirms the necessary verification, your account will be deleted in 7 working
days.


Brihaspati Parivar Membership:
1. Membership cannot be canceled once taken until it expires.
2. Members will get what they are offered in the description area of the membership while booking.
3. Membership cannot be paused once taken.


Brihaspati Puja:
1. All the bookings under the Puja booking section of the Brihaspati Dham website are defined as Brihaspati Puja.
2. Puja cannot be canceled once booked.
3. Puja can be rescheduled only once booked, only 48 hours before the puja date.
4. If for any reason puja needs to be rescheduled within the last 48 hours it is advised to contact Brihaspati Dham Mandir, and if possible it will be rescheduled not canceled.
Manokamna Tokri:
1. Manokamna Tokri cannot be canceled once booked.
2. Manokamna Tokri cannot be rescheduled.
3. Contents or the amount of those contents of Manokamna Tokri may vary slightly from the contents mentioned in the description of Manokamna Tokri.
4. The user understands that Manokamna Tokri has a buffer time of 4 days
(Example: If user books Manokamna Tokri on either Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday, the Tokri will start from next Thursday)
Products/Prasad/Items Provided by Brihaspatidham Temple:
1. Brihaspati Dham uses third party delivery providers to deliver you products on time.
2. After the purchase of any product/item/Prasad, refund will not be provided in any scenario.
3. It is the sole responsibility of the user to provide a complete and accurate address for the delivery. Delivery partner will make only 3 delivery attempts.
4. Your phone number and address will be shared with our delivery partner.
5. It is the sole responsibility of the user to check if delivery can be made through our delivery partners before making the payment.
6. In case you receive a damaged parcel, it is advised to not open it and take images of it from various angles and send those images to us (Brihaspati Dham Temple). We will take necessary steps to rectify the situation.
7. Packages are shipped usually in 2-3 working days, upon receiving the order
